It’s been a while since I’ve traveled with a group. Solo traveler here 🙂 This time around I’m with my volleyball teammates/friends (Lambert, Renz and Louie).23473085_1749759955059098_5359597438785522525_n

Itinerary:

Day 1 and 2 – Isla Verde, Batangas

Day 3 – Mt. Maculot, Cuenca, Batangas (next blog)

First stop – Isla Verde!

We left our home in Batangas around 7AM and arrived at Tabangao port by 8AM. Be sure to be at Tabango port (gateway to Isla verde) before 9AM. Public boat leaves at 9AM. Travel time from port to Isla Verde 1-1.5hr. We stayed at Surface Interval  (https://web.facebook.com/surfaceintervalresort/?_rdc=1&_rdr). DCIM100GOPROGOPR6478.

Surface Interval

We got a hut for 500 pesos plus entrance fee of 100 each. You may also opt to pitch a tent or rent a room. Is there a place to do your business (no. 1 & 2) ? Yes, they have public toilets around the resort. Pwede na. What is pwede na? BAHAL KA SA BUHAY MO. LOL. Peace! Malinis naman plus meron tubig and lock yung pinto. Yung isang pinto. :)))

MERON BANG SIGNAL/DATA DITO? Ask mo si Carlo Aquino……….

But I suggest that you unplug and relax (It won’t hurt) plus mahal ka noon wag ka magalala! AGUY! Shot muna! Ay………. Wala na palang nagalala sayo! #Foreveralone

The boat going back to Tabangao “normally” leaves at 2AM!!! YES 2AM! But ask the resort caretaker first, because for us the boat left the island at 6AM. Lucky for us we had enough time to sleep and gather our strength for Mt. Maculot.

Chillax

Isla verde is situated right smack at the Verde Island Passage between the islands of Luzon and Mindoro AKA “Center of the Center of Marine Biodiversity in the World”.

One day is enough time to spend on this island. Nothing much to do here just – drink (under the stars), sleep, take a photo, unplug, play beach volleyball and watch the sunset.

IT’S THE COMPANY THAT COUNTS……. #BALItangas
